Doug, The volume is rather low today, I would imagine that a breakout will occur as soon as the volume picks up, look for a rally late in the day today. On the downside, support at $21.00 should be very strong. Regards, Rob

B.T in a recent interview in the U.K had the following facts pertinent to B.T's installations: a: Data traffic has overtaken Voice b: 0.3m web pages/week or 1 every 2 secs is created . c: 10m e-mail messages/day vrs 60m/day for the Postal service. d: Existing Communication market valued at $60b expected to double in 5 yrs. e: Currently E-commerce in Europe is $1b expected to grow by 300% by 2010. f: Data traffic growth is 30% vrs voice < 5%.
