MSH Entertainment sees 1999 profit
Tuesday, November 10, 1998 11:57 AM

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 10 (Reuters) - MSH Entertainment Corp. on Tuesday said it expects to report a profit on revenues that could exceed $15 million in 1999, following completion of its proposed acquisition of Abrams/Gentile Entertainment.

Upon closing the deal, MSH will qualify for a Nasdaq small-cap stock listing and plans to become a fully reporting company, the company said.

The deal will give MSH an interest in all of Abrams/Gentile's projects including television broadcast programs, toys and merchandise. Abrams/Gentile currently operates four profitable divisions creating toys, TV programs, stage productions and licensing its products.
