epistles filled with childhood analogies.
Well, excusuuuuse me! I thought it was an appropriate analogy, and still do.
For some reason, the shareholders seem to have become "the enemy" here. Those of us who could, took the risk of investing in this little bitty company with no revenue, no operating capital, no proven products, and a couple of instances of failed projects, showed one hell of a lot of guts. Just how the hell much more faith are we supposed to have?
I for one simply cannot AFFORD to help financially (either by buying more shares or by loaning money to the company). In other words, I'm on the highest diving platform..... The fact that I CAN'T help, doesn't mean that I no longer have faith in the company. I do. And, given the slow start we've had this past year, I don't think it is at all inappropriate for the company to humor us by providing us with more frequent updates. Sure, there are competitive reasons why certain info should not be released, but a brief comment from time to time via the Company's web site certainly would be helpful as far as maintaining morale. And don't discount the importance of maintaining Investor Relations. In the long run, we may be the ones who do, or do not, recommend this stock to many, many others. If we aren't stroked from time to time, we will slowly drift away in silence, quite possibly never to return.
