You pretty well nail it Spidey ... Now, as I understand the scenario, the judge ordered the stock returned after a motion was filed by aznt's atty ... then a counter motion was filed asking for a denial of aznt's motion and at that time the judge said that the stock would have to be returned but not before another motion was filed asking for a hearing on this motion to return the stock and then the judge set the next hearing date to decide if he should rescind his order to return the stock and that lead to them latest filing of a motion to dismiss and it is the latter that is still shown as active although previous motions with the same intent have been denied. Does this seem like the likely scenario to you? Hogger
