Interesting theory,

but Diablillos has continuously dissapointed over the past couple of years. The drill results that will be included in this new resource estimate are far weeker than the previous ones and even if strike lenght has increased, it is not with the same quality of ore. Therefore, don't expect too much of this resource estimate. And even if Barrick mentionned that they will drill 4 more holes, we haven't heard anything from them since. My guess is that it is all over with Barrick but that they will wait until the end of their contract (June 2000 I beleive) to make the decision. After all, what if the price of gold and silver increase substancially over the next year and a half which could make this project viable. They would be foolish to walk away now, after all it's not going to cost them a dime to stay.
