Anti-dumping at this point is also counterproductive to the U.S. semiconductor/software market (save Micron)...because...without a competitive "enabling" DRAM market, overall market growth could be slowed.

ITC should be looking at the effect on other U.S. industry concerns as well as Micron.

As a stockholder, Intel should be a little POed at Micron for trying to restrict the DRAM market players.
