I think the key paragraph there is the third one, Ken. <The decision is still expected eventually to exempt calls by computer users to Internet service providers from contractual arrangements among the upstart carriers and the dominant Bell companies that require payments for completing local calls of each others' customers.> But the link I pulled down was printed a day after this one. As far as @Home is concerned, it's taking me literally from 5 to 10 minutes to post a response so you won't see me buying stock there. I'd love to own it so I could sell it, it would make me feel much better.
