I dont think it is a technical issue. I think fore need s to do more advertising and more pr in general. I sort of disagree. They stumbled a quarter and they may stumble another quarter even though they had great momentum going into the quarter. This "negative" aspect is out there. So if the market is going sideways...I expect CISCO to crawl up and FORE to crawl very very slowly down..... FORE hit 10....crawled ever so slowly up and then started chugging up to 28.....and then went into the toilet again. For a stock this undoubtedly gave lots of people a bad taste and they left....or are simply holding on and ignoring it (like me).
