Clayton, to answer your questions, at least from my perspective: I think the filing of a 10Q is most likely very low on the priority list right now. Issues of acceptability for TB and both short and long term financing are more important. I'm not as concerned over what was, as I am in what is to be. Although I'm not speaking for EZ, I don't believe he is negative as much as he is frustrated. With so much going on and with so much good news, the share price continues to drop. Why? Well, it appears that the shareholder base is insufficiently broad to accept a little selling. The "long and strong" crowd have absorbed as much as they can and the recent selling is/may be related to the company's issuing of stock, in lieu of cash, (cause they don't have any) for necessary services. Why the silence of MBA? Beats me. It seems as though everything that can be said has been said and now we wait. Regarding shareholders being "due" some information. Shareholders always think that. Personally I'd like to get daily updates but it appears that "its not soup yet."
