Just admit that you twisted what the DJ news article said. The CFO did not say the jump in the stock was unwarranted. You posted inaccurate information to support your short position. The proof is there. If you want I will post the DJ article to prove you are wrong. I have 0.001% of my portfolio invested in this stock. I bought the stock a year ago and I check the price every few weeks. I could give a rats ass if the stock is up $5 or down $5. I bought it for the lottery and entertainment value. If you were to get caught short on a stock that could double the human life span (however slim the chance) you would not be around to enjoy it because you would be jumping off the top of a building.
