Is anyone else out there in SI land unhappy with having to call Spartan frequently when FOX doesn't behave properly? And, once you do call, do you hear, "Spartan, please hold" followed by several minutes of a condescending message? "When we get around to talking to you, we will give your call the miniscule attention it deserves..." As of today, until my accounts finally transfer to a professional brokerage house, I will listen to their condescending message for one minute only. Then I will set the phone down for five minutes. After that, I'll try again, but I will not remain on hold for more than sixty seconds. If a number of us will do this, we might get the point across. jim
