Where indeed. One big difference between Watergate and Whitewater is that you don't see large front page headlines about each little nasty bit as it is revealed. You don't see the long stories explaining theories of what the evidence means and etc. This Lewinsky stuff is the ONLY thing the papers have given that treatment. Where indeed. In Watergate frontpage headlines were Rampant! They did catch Hillary lying at least twice over the 100 grand- put those extremely contradictory statements of hers, all three of them, back to back on the evening news- eventually! Eventually! And Where are the reporters asking questions? HIllary, how can that be? Badgering at every press conference is what would have happened if it were say, Nancy Reagan.
