Thanks for the look Paul...doesn't look like a big popper...should be able to get over $4 pretty easy... If the following is true...that should do well: "Dr. Raj Singh was the founder of this company and was instrumental in growing LCC to the dominant player in the wireless industry. He has recently stepped back into the role of CEO. He has committed himself to the turn around of this company. Dr. Singh credentials are overwhelming. Although past performance does not assure future success. It is safe to say that Dr. Singh has an excellent foundation to re-create LCC International." SR
