Doc - in your internut trading experience, have you won more going long or short? Also, have you lost more going long or short? As you know I'm too conservative to play them but still couldn't contain my amazement at the way they move!

Alski - I think the problem with accessing SI is related to the ATT dialup. I don't have problem accessing them at work (MCI I believe). Regarding PMRS's resistence at $14 1/4 - if you pull up a 6 month chart, you should see a small hump at $14 1/4 that could argueably be a resistence/support point. The fact PMRS ran outside its upper BB but closed at $14 1/4 yesterday added strength to that arguement. It turns out people are taking profit taday which makes $14 1/4 an even stronger resitence level.

I think one can characterize the current market situation as churning at the top. However, this will not be easily confirmed until it breaks up or down one way or another.
