Bob, you are keeping track of all this in your chapters of the MSHE soap opera, aren't you. I mean, an entertainment company couldn't pick screen names and events for sagas that are any better than REAL life conflicts that arise. Micky, questions like Kip's need to be brought out and addressed. The direct approach in any business dealings will not only answer Kip's concerns, but concerns of other current and potential investors. Bob asked, <<Perhaps you could convey to Mr. Maerz that his shareholders and potential shareholders would appreciate an explanation of how "upon closing, the Company will qualify for NASDAQ small cap listing----".>> All these are viable questions that do need to be addressed. Here is my thinking on all this. The PR department has been waiting in the wings.......until they could announce the 100% deal. Yesterday, that happened. Today we got a little more, with releases telling about "past" accomplishments of AGE. With us knowing that there is so much more that hasn't been mentioned........like Diresta.....the PC Power Glove.......Vanpires......Music.......Financials........INTEL......Revenues....more acquisitions without causing dilution of shares.....there is so much more to be brought out. You know all the auditing is complete and they are sitting there with the financials in hand. To make a forward statement in a press release would tell me they are pretty darn confident with their numbers. Let the questions fly and let the actions of MSHE stand on their own two feet. MSHE needs to pump this stuff out now that the foundation is laid. We need answers to these questions, without feeling like we are just getting smoke blown up our @ssets. SIS
