Sorry to hear that... A typical scenario when Mr. Patrick F. Charles is involved (TorreyPines, Cyberwin, NetBet, etc). He would be the right person to ask this question - he was the one who was making multi-million dollar projections: August 25, 1998 PR: "The Company is actively involved in negotiations with 15 business acquisition possibilities located in Western United States and Canada. One tire business acquisition ($3 million revenue) is under contract with an anticipated closing within the next 60 to 90 days. The Company's goal is to close 4 to 6 acquisitions representing a revenue base of $100 million or more by December 1999." My opinion of this guy hasn't changed a bit. Milk
