Great, thanks for the point. I guess I did not search it enough. One thing, wouldn't LOGV be considered under the Small Cap requirements? This would change the min bid price to $4.00. Small Cap requirements can be found at this location: nasdaq.com I bring this up because ever since I have been invested in LGOV (over 2 years) National listing has been a major goal. Asset requirements have been meet, as well as all the rest except the price. $4.00 bid sounds GREAT to me!!!
