Another company I own stock in ( TXB ) just deregistered over 1M shares that had not been sold. They filed an amendment to the form that issued them in the first place. If we know how many shares are owned by whom, then we could work from there. Perhaps part of retribution by these scamsters would be the retiring of the shares they may still have in their possession. Do we know if all registered shares are owned by someone? Pat T.
