One question. Doesn't SEC control stock manipulations such as the ones happening with EBAY? Can I become an analyst and throw in my analysis pumping my favorite stocks (which I hold)? Looks like a good job to me.

Goldman Sachs is such a sick one!

IN MY OPINION AND FROM WHAT I HAVE HEARD FROM OTHERS, THIS RUN WILL END SOON! It is just a matter of time before the SEC starts an investigation of the Ponzi scheme that the underwriters are playng with Ebay. I have heard of someone who was going to buy at 30's and a broker said he would get it but then would have to agree to sell it back $5 later. He said no and did not get the stock. I think the GS and RS folks are hyping the stock and selling inside their own offices to pull suckers in. The last little guys in are going to get creamed. Sounds like a pyramid scheme to me! There is no way if you analyze the numbers that ebay can ever in the next several years ever make enough to justify the multiples. Everyone will have to buy everything on ebay! The top and slowdown will come in the next couple years in their growth of bidders and sellers. Even now with the huge amt of stuff going for sale the individual prices of items sold is going down from last year and the amt of unsold stuff is getting enormous. All those folks that do not successfully sell items will drop off in posting new items to sell too.

Get out now if you have profits! This puppy is going down in my opinion only. Do the numbers yourself though because I don't want to be responsible either for your losses or your profits!
