Jeff and Gene, I also hope they are not crooks. I do not and will NOT condone the actions surrounding the attempted sale of Taylor and am unlikely to ever support such a move, without either a MUCH better buyout agreement than that implied or a MUCH better reason for selling. Having said that, I do want to state that I believe there is a very real effort being made to create a VERY REAL company. Jeff, I have been around for quite awhile also, but can't claim your tenure, it is unfortunate that you have not been able to take more advantage of some of the swings, to at least protect your initial investment. At current prices, with my current holdings, I am in the black, not a lot but I am. I just contacted the BCSC and had a little chat, regarding what this was all about. Mark's cease-trade order was issued against him and him alone. The company HALT was a "mistake". The order pertains only to his trading in WRN shares, the company was actually mentioned in the order though, which is where the confusion came into play. The cease-trade order was issued as a result of his NOT having filed his insider trading reports for "a few years". This is NOT acceptable conduct for the officer of any company, let alone one that has had the kind of share price swings that this one has had, it generates way too many questions. My recollection, from earlier reports, is that Mark has not actually held that many shares (relative to what one might expect) for a very long time. If memory serves me he was holding around 1.5M shares at the time, which isn't that many for someone in his position. Although I may not always be enamoured with everything that takes place, every time I have looked into any of the suggestions of impropriety, I have always come up satisfied that the issues were being dealt with and the company was endeavoring to be a REAL company, so until I see different, I will maintain that stance. I suggest that we should all reserve judgement and hold back on the speculation, regarding Mark, until we do get to eventually see the trading reports. Regardless, it has very little to do with whether or not the company is currently making a concerted effort to be a viable business entity. I believe they are. Salut, Leigh McBain
