The following is a response from CYCH to my email sent yesterday:

Mr Calcagni,
Today, analyst Ulric Weil from Friedman Billings Ramsey downgraded CYCH to
a hold. His opinion doesn't bother me but the comment he made, "Their
revenue is not coming together the way we and "they" had projected", sounds
to me like this analyst was briefed as to current and expected revenues for
Cybercash. The last I've read was a comment from Mr Melton about a month
ago where he was "comfortable with 15 to 20 million in revenues this year".
Has that projection changed? Is there some regulation as to why Cybercash
can not let shareholders know how the business is going, unless your an
analyst from a brokerage firm? I've been hearing about "Instabuy" for a
couple of months now, but as of today there is nobody using this service
that I know of. Your partner "Taxi" used to have a spot on their site where
you could sign up for Instabuy, which it kept stating that it would be
offered soon when you tried to sign up, and since a few weeks ago, the
Instabuy feature is no longer on that site. Would love to hear the status of
Instabuy and business overall. I'm sure if you were on this end of the wire
you'd like some answers also. I'll bet it's times like these that makes you
wish e-mail didn't exist, but at least they did incorporate a "delete"
button!!
** All of the small investors want to approve an all expenses paid
vacation for Maria Izurieta. We appreciate the late night calls she makes to
all the pesty individual investor questions we've had lately.

Thanx,
John Shoemaker

CyberCash has always been and will continue to be in constant contact
with its analysts and investors. So, to answer your question, yes we
have spoken to Ulric regarding our Company and our business models. The
Company's outlook for the future has not changed and we are still
optimistic about our future success. The SEC and the legal community do
have some strict regulations which 'tie our hands' at providing detailed
information with regards to business results and plans. We have the
ability to provide descriptions of our business models and we leave it
to the analysts to project our revenue growth and potential.

CyberCash's InstaBuy service went live in October and we are busy
working with First USA to sign up merchants. OnLineOfficeSupplies.com
released today their announcement they are using our new InstaBuy
service. As with any new product release, it does take time to
disseminate the product, sign up users and install the product. We have
been very pleased with the results we have had to date .

I liked you idea of an all expense paid vacation but we our watching our
pennies.

Maria Izurieta
Vice President of Finance
CyberCash, Inc.
