If INTC wasn't enough for a rally maybe this will help hot off the press: World Bank OKs $3 billion in loans for Argentina WASHINGTON, Nov 10 (Reuters) - The World Bank on Tuesday approved more than $3 billion in emergency loans for Argentina to help the country defend its economy against global turmoil. A World Bank spokesman said the package included a $2.53 billion special structural adjustment loan, which carries a higher interest rate and shorter repayment terms than normal World Bank credits. The Washington-based lending agency also approved a $505 million loan for Argentina as part of the package. Fuz
