BWRs capital spending plans for the balance of 98 and 1999 are about $15 million. They are budgeting zinc @ 45c a lb and expect to reduce their overall costs to less than 40c a lb. El Mochito road is open and they started to move conc last Monday. A few days of work to do on shaft but mill is staring up to process stockpiled ore. Lots of dewatering to do from lower levels of mine. There are no environmental problems caused by "Mitch". Caribou pilot plant tests getting 80-81% Zn recovery with grades of 50-51 % Zn 70% of Pb with grade of 46% using oremix 50:50 Restigouche and Caribou.
