Gabor, whoever ends up being the "lead" lawyer in this case will be putting his or her capital at stake as well. This isn't a typical class-action suit. Shiva is incorporated in Mass. not Delaware. This may be a first in Mass. law. CJ, am I right ? You have to hope that Intel will jump out ahead of any battle and raise the bid. Then we could feel sorry for the new members of Intel who would have start their new Re-Priced options at 8 or 10. Talk about a CONFLICT OF INTEREST. The Lawyers in this case are going to have a Field day with Zucco et al's new deal with Intel !! It's as if the lower the deal price the better it is for Intel's new employees from Bedford, Ma. !! Have I made my point....Or does someone out there care to rebuke my observation ?? Please any pro 6 dollar fans...here's your chance. Any pro Zucco people please step up !! Sad thing is, I use to defend him. I was critical but fair. Now I'm just going to sit back and watch the "chips" fall where they may.
