May be leveraged,however seems like I should sell my shares and buy the calls, the upside is the same, however most I can lose on the
downside is $11, seems to me NCR was very close to $25 only 6 weeks
ago.

NCR up nicely today after announcement that it will be added to S&P 500 -- forcing many index fund managers to buy it before the end of the year.

NEW YORK, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P 500, S&P MidCap 400, S&P SmallCap 600, and the S&P REIT Composite Indices:

-- S&P MidCap 400 component NCR Corp. (NYSE: NCR) will replace Republic
New York (NYSE: RNB) in the S&P 500 Index after the close of trading on
Friday, December 31, 1999. Republic New York is being acquired by HSBC
Holdings PLC (in the S&P United Kingdom 150 Index) in a transaction
anticipated to close on that date. S&P SmallCap 600 component Valassis
Communication (NYSE: VCI) will replace NCR Corp. in the S&P MidCap 400
Index. American Italian Pasta (NYSE: PLB) will replace Valassis
Communication in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index.
