First quesiton...I bought in the morning and he returned the call about 4:30. First thing...about his post on Yahoo! with phone & extension. He won't do that again. A long time minor shareholder friend of mine who has held shares for years...finally got the call back. My first question had to do with NetScapes BillerExpert 1.00 that they anounced yesterday....is the product a competitive threat or complimentary to what they are doing in EBPP. His general feeling was complimentary....they'd still be needed for grunt work, and he saw it as a positive. Number two...have you ever heard of CheckFree? Oh yea...they know all about CheckFree. Number three...You work with TransPoint for integration of Bills, would you ever work with other consolidators...Integrion...CheckFree. Answer was pretty simple and strait that that's the way the market wants it. Like the Banks have said in the past one frontend and both networks tie the presented bills together. Pretty much what we've been hearing in the press. Got the feeling with this that they'd all work together in some fashion. Number four...Why no analyst coverage. They weren't seeking it until they could present a business, which could be understood and evaluated based on where they were going vs. where they had been. A clean plan without the past factored in. Something they are working towards now...getting the story told. Number five...So what was it that balooned your earnings last Quarter....He didn't know what I was talking about and asked me for a reference...I thought there had to be something...He came back with if you think of it, give me a call. Mind games. Hey I tried. Some general Info...he comes from Bell & Howell to INTF. Lived in Ohio and remembers Pete Kight, but doesn't know if Pete remembers him. Nice Guy on the Phone...said if I was ever in Ann Arbor to be sure to stop by for Coffee. He had a few question then for me....Do you think CheckFree is a good buy at $15...(I thought it strange he'd be following that)...Hell I said I got some $29's. Then he asked do you think they will ever make money...I said lot's of it, I hope you do too. Overall I think he was generally suprised that I knew as much about the topic as I did...but then I've been following it for over 2 years. I came off with the impression they've got a shot like anybody else in this e-bill thing...but I'll play this like most others on a combination of good fundamentals and technicals. Fundamentally it looks good, technically it's over-priced on measures I use...for me.
