Ariella: I am happy that the stock price is up above $2. On the other hand while I agree that Rudder Finn is working hard I am calling for the Nth time for Management to clarify the Status of HU211 in an organized Press Release to overcome what CLEARLY WAS less than EFFECTIVE communication on the WORST DAY OF THE YEAR. AM I ASKING FOR TOO MUCH ? - I DO NOT THINK SO !!! THE DOGMA OF PARS MANAGEMENT THAT YOU NEVER RE-ISSUE A PRESS RELEASE OR CLARIFY IT - is completely unreasonable !!! IT ALSO SHOWS LACK OF DESIRE ON PART OF MANAGEMENT TO LISTEN TO A MAJOR SHAREHOLDER OF PHARMOS !!! IT IS THIS LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS ON PART OF MANAGEMENT THAT MADE ME STOP TALKING AND START POSTING MY OPINIONS HERE. I WONDER WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THEM TO RESPOND CONSTRUCTIVELY TO A VIEW WHICH IS BACKED BY knowledge and Experience. Do I need to Increase my postion to 5% to be heard.Or MAYBE ALL I NEED TO DO IS TO JOIN THE AGIS BLOCK WHEN I AM IN ISRAEL NEXT WEEK !!! I THINK THAT WITH CLOSE TO 10% WE WILL BE GIVEN A BOARD SEAT AND SOMEONE ELSE WILL BE ABLE TO DO MY FIGHTING !!! I would also would like to dispel any notion that people might have that Haim Aviv was on top of the AGIS Situation. Based on my OWN Knowldge that INVESTMENT was a COMPLETE SUPRISE to PARS Management. Which might know Agis CEO, but was nevertahnless suprised when I TOLD THEM about AGIS Filing. I know that Agis is interested in AGIS and that might be not Consistent with Your interest or My Interest !!! Same goes for Grace Brothers. I am eagerly anticipating the Promise of the PR and pray that it comes sonner than later david
