Maxwell,

Re: "Hint on ... blah, blah, blah "

Please Maxwell, give us all a "hint and wink" on the 380Mhz and 400Mhz K6-2's.
Is AMD going to be ready for "super" Christmas ... or ... Is this going
to be another "Valentines Day Massacre". <ggg>

Maxwell,

Re: "(Even more) Hint on ... blah, blah, blah"

Maxwell, I thought you might find this upcoming paper to be of interest.
The IEDM conference in December is one of the best device conferences
in the world. AMD had better send some people to take notes on this
invited paper -->

"9:05 a.m.
12.1
Achieving High Microprocessor Manufacturing Output - The Copy Exactly! Method (Invited),
R. Gasser, Jr., Intel Corp., Hillsboro, OR

Copy Exactly! method for silicon process transfer will be described. This method enables subsequent manufacturing factories
to match high die yields and microprocessor output of the parent development factory, thereby maximizing revenue and profit
potential."

AMD could have really used this methodology at the MegaFlop25 (tm PREngel).
Maybe next time with Dresden. <ggg>
