<<<2. The price paid was a multiple of sales for the business, I believe approx 4 times but I"m not sure. So now maximum lost business is 8,750,000. Next part of the contract was for noncompete. I'm not sure but figure another 3,500 000[10% of purchase price] so now we're down to 5,000,000 or so.>>>

MW,

Apparently you are still having reading comprehension and basic math calculation difficulties.

Lets start with your first misunderstanding.... You say: "So now maximum lost business is 8,750,000". The issue is not just the amount of gross revenue lost by the customers that left SRCM, but the price SRCM paid for the customers that left. SRCM lost customers that they paid 25.9 million for. They lost 25.9 million, that's why they wrote off 25.9 million last Q. <<THWACK>>> Wake up boy and pay attention...

As far as you thinking SRCM "paid" something for a non-compete...
HUH? where did you get that BS? The Kansas court has already ruled SRCM has no right to the non-compete for Mike Shell, the former Brite Manager who started IMS that now services the customers who left SRCM. The only other non-compete at issue deals with a contract SRCM tried to get some Brite employees to sign before they started work for SRCM - and SRCM certainly did not buy that non-compete.

As usual MW you seem dazed and confused and unable to understand basic business. I sugest you run and get someone that passed business 101 to help you out.

BTW - I noticed you avoided answering the question about how SRCM will repay their debt... We can talk more about that later k buddy?

All comments IMO

Cheers Steve
