While you have Edwards and Magee around, have a look at pages
217 and 180, and then look at MSFT

I don't know if it's valid, since the top is not flat,
and I'm not sure how to measure the implications, but
the likely direction, at least, is up.

I think the rally will follow the brown line on the right.

DELL: I am using IQC.com. and the link is as follows. But from yesterday, RSI and Momentum improved a lot. RSI from 70 to 75. and Momentum from 12.9 to 17.3. Even though the rally may continue for a couple of days, but it is over bought.
