Esteban & Spaw: Thanks for the welcome. I've followed this thread for a while (actually since Linda Kaplan recommended B&C) to see what complaints there were. Umm, weren't. I'm impressed. Last week and yesterday, I thought I'd found a chink in the armor, but after today, it's pretty clear that it was just a series of temporary problems. I can live with that. I'm really getting fed up with my current broker (Fidelity Spartan), and looking foreward to reduced levels of frustration. later, jim
