It really is so hard to figure out these penny stocks so many of them seem to disappoint in the long run,of all the penny stocks that i have held onto during this bear market all have turned out to be bs despite what i thought to be due diligence ,the only ne that has done half decent is pangea.as for epic i cant see it doing anything but going down in the long run ,they are diluting the stock severerly to raise money ,the recent amount of money raised preumably has been done to drill a couple more wells ,with all the shares outstanding now and in the future with warrants if they do a joint venture they will surely have to give up a lot of the project to interest anyone so i somehow doubt that even if that happens and it turns into a field if there will be much left per share of epic .just my opinion of course but i for one have absolutely no intention of putting any more money into these penny natural resource stocks its just a way to loose money ,you do much better with intel or cambell soup .arh
