It's not my job to provide "hard evidence", my little apoplectic one. There seems to be plenty of evidence being presented at trial. All easily discountable by those who take everything at www.microsoft.com as gospel truth, of course. But those aren't the people that will make the ultimate judgement on the matter. Who cares what you ask me to do, ed? Who appointed you judge in the matter? Who appointed me prosecutor? What evidence have you presented, aside from the usual Microsoft crybaby whining about how unfair it all is? And what did happen at that Netscape meeting, anyway? Enquiring minds want to know!
