Keep up the posts Micky. I enjoy the information that you give. This stock has always been the epitome of a speculative investment. I think the reason people continue to post is the undying hope that MSHE will prosper and reach its expected potential. There are going to be times where even the faithful lose patience and demand (to no one in particular) results. So, until the company becomes a fully reporting entity, the ebbs and its converse will continue.

I think Sis said it best on AOL when she started to quote lyrics from Hotel California about, "we are all just prisoners here of our own device......." Funny, I don't seem trapped?

Best,

Greg

Here is the most important aspect of this whole discussion:

<<I absolutely agree that the most important thing the Company needs to do now is file Form 10 and become a reporting company. Then we will all know the numbers>>

OUTWEST is a separate entity, contracted by MSHE for the production, promotion, and distribution of the T.G.Sheppard and Misty Pierson collections. It's proprietors Ray Ruff and Denny Diante are executives with the music department of MSHE, but OUTW's decision to do a reverse split, doesn't affect MSHE's position with fulfilling requirements for NASDAQ. You all are comparing a company that produces and promotes the music collections of musicians with a potential "Powerhouse" in the entertainment industry.

This whole NASDAQ thing is the big stumbling block, here. MSHE needs the $4 per share to report, but were probably holding out reporting until they achieved the price per share.......but everyone wants to see the financials......so what do you do?

I haven't defected, Micky, just wanting it all to happen! SIS

micky,

"What haven't they done that they said? AGE is 100% acquired. Vanpires is being produced - with 26 episodes paid for - money in the bank. Toy production has started - money is in the bank. AGE projects are going very well. TV show on the air, and more to come. Music business going well. Intel relationship going well. Other acquisitions are being negotiated."

AGE is NOT 100% acquired. Vanpires was not in production a couple months ago when I last talked to the company, maybe you could Link me to the release, how much money did they put in the bank. Same for the toy line. TV show? If you are referring to DiResta, I missed the release on that one too. Music business going well? Intel relationship going well? Where do you come up with this stuff?

Micky, WE ARE ON THE SAME TEAM HERE REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU THINK.I feel this company has tremendous potential, if properly managed. As of this time, it is my opinion as a stockholder that this company's success is limited with Maerz running the show.
