Personally, I am long for the long-term, and viewing dips of whatever magnitude as opportunities to increase my position and decrease my average cost.

Stick with it, Diana. Consider all possibilities but tune out the noise. Thats how the Lynchs, the Buffets and the Templetons were successful and one thing that those guys have always agreed on...trying to call major turns in financial markets is a fools game. I would defy anyone to name a single person who had a successful career of accurately calling market turns. Everyone who tries it is eventually humbled by it.

And the mantra continues...
