The appeals court already said that.

The more this trial goes on the more silly it looks.

Netscape's memos don't mean what they say, only Bakersdale knows what they mean.

The individual from Intel wasn't at a meeting, and his manager testified to that, yet he knows what was said first hand (this is normally called hearsay). This whole trial is becoming a JOKE.

I agree with this totally.

...and as long as the buying public is more or less ignorant, these corporations can get away with some flim-flammery.

Let the buyer beware.

As a PC repair technician on win9x systems I must say: Back up your data!!
