s.f. has lived a charmed life so far this season. no vinny at qb when they played the jets, ref calls costing indy the game, and the late and long field goal against carolina. if atlanta wants to be seen as having taken the next step, they must win this game. n.e. was a banged up team, especially on offense. steve young is rested, this is bad news for atlanta. earlier this season, s.f. dominated atlanta, and atlanta scored 14 of their 21 points in the 4th q.
