Mike,

Thanks so much for your friendly advice. I really have taken your
advice. I bought CLPA at 2 and change, trading today around 18. Not
bad, but my core holding is, you guessed it, PTSC. I figure I will
have a nice long term capitol gain. Don't want to give too much to
Uncle Sam, you understand. Hey, want some advice... Now's a good
time to load the boat. Stock is down to new lows, nobody in their right mind would buy this dog, tax selling season approaching, so many negatives, so much uncertainty, too many questions. Funny how
the market works sometimes. Just when you least expect it, when it
begins to look like there is no hope, a new day dawns...

Patriot Scientific Corp., San Diego, a developer of the first
market-ready microprocessor for Java, has signed a distribution
agreement with Japan's Real Vision.

Under terms of the agreement, Real Vision will market Patriot's PSC1000
Java microprocessor in Japan and use the microprocessor's core in the
design of custom integrated circuits.

Real Vision, a semiconductor distributor and IC designer founded in
1996, is headquartered in Shin-Yokohama and maintains a branch office in
Osaka.

The company provides services to customers such as Fujitsu, Mitsubishi,
NEC, NKK, Sharp, Sony, and Toshiba.
