MUCH visibility for the CPQ small/medium sized businesses campaign. An analyst just on gave it rave reviews and stated: (1) The sm/med mkt is of significant size/opportunity. (2) The BTO/CTO delivery will be within 5 days; that's FASTER than DELL. (3) When questioned about the potential reseller conflict, the analyst strongly stood up to the interviewer and stated that CPQ thought this out well and the resellers will be compensated and that the resellers were NOT in an uproar over this. (4) That is could/should/would help CPQ regain the #1 position over DELL. All-in-all, I LIKED it !! WILL BE A GREAT DAY !! Off to golf ... will be watching on my QUOTETREK. Michael
