Charles, I think you are out of bounds here with Kerry. What Kerry posted, was what I was referencing, which is that I believe that Stock-Line has promoted or been compensated for a number, if not all of the companies on their web site as the SEC has charged them for not disclosing their compensation. I think these interviews, without speaking to their truthfulness, are in effect "infomercials". The truthfulness part of it depends wholly upon the interviewee. I think it is quite fair to point out that this particular interview was likely a purchased event, as this is what the SEC has already charged Stock-Line with doing. The fault, if any, would be with Stock-Line in not reporting if there has been compensation. There is nothing wrong with commercials per se, unless the company denies it as well and it turns out that they did in fact pay.

I also think that Kerry acted quite responsibly, in further qualifying the links that he posted about the SEC charges against Stock-Line.

My personal opinion of the interview is that it served no great purpose, as there was certainly no new ground covered. So little was actually claimed by Alan Laffkas, that I can't comment on it's accuracy, as it was mostly quite general. Basically a non event is what I take away from it.

You know it has been said: A Cynic is a Person who knows the Price of everything and the value of Nothing.

charles,

1.)Why would you post a Link that others might possibly feel is negative before you have the Facts?

I did have the facts. I did not distort the facts with my personal comments. I did not offer any biased opinions on the SEC links. My only comment was a time reference to the SEC reports. I did not think that anyone would find the SEC links offensive to CashCo because CashCo (nor my investment in HearX) was specifically mentioned in the SEC report. I posted a clarification because just one thread participant expressed a concern that the reports reflected negatively on CashCo.

2.) Why would you then further state that you "presume that stock-line was compensated by Cashco for the interview" if you don't have the facts?

I make the presumption that the employees of Starwood Media Group aka stock-line.com and Jack Marks aka Jacob Mestechkin do not work for free and that some sort of compensation may have occurred by any firm for which stock-line.com has provided an information outlet, such as an interview. Compensation does not necessarily mean stock, stock options, bonds or cash. Compensation could be in the form of a promise of future business (to SMG) or a promise of good references (for SMG). Again, I would point out to you that only factual links were originally posted. The clarification was provided later to be absolutely certain that clueless investors, such as yourself, would be able to understand and comprehend exactly what was posted.

Sounds pretty irresponsible to me.Is this what they teach in Community College nowadays?

The only thing that's irresponsible here is your total inability to comprehend what was posted. I no longer work for the community colleges, having retired from there in early July. However, I am absolutely sure that they offer remedial courses in reading and comprehension. Should I refer your name as a potential enrollee?
