Joe, Yes- You buy back the 60's - $1,179.00

You sell the 70's + $ 400.00

You pick up $10.00
per sh. in equity + $1,000.00

Net story - You will pick up a net of $220.00 in equity and premium. You should have short term loss on your buy back and depending on when you sale you would have a loss or gain on your stock. Hope this helps.
