VSE Accepts Option Agreement 11/10/1998 13:14:00 / MAJOR GENERAL RESOURCES LTD MAJOR GENERAL RESOURCES LTD ("MGJ-V;MGRLF-L") - VSE Accepts Option Agreement Glenn G. Shevchenko, President of Major General Resources Ltd. (the "Company") announces that on November 3, 1998 the Vancouver Stock Exchange accepted for filing the Steel River, Ontario Option Agreement dated September 18, 1998 as announced in our news release #98-22 dated July 20, 1998. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will issue 200,000 common shares over a period of five years; the first 50,000 shares issuance upon Exchange acceptance and the remaining tranches will be issued on an annual basis subject to Exchange acceptance of geological reports. Major General Resources Ltd. has now issued 10,000 common shares which are subject to a hold period and may not be traded in British Columbia until November 3, 1999.
