My mistake - the report stated that AMD had to RECALL K6-2 speed grades BELOW 380 MHz - meaning 333 and 350 MHz.

Apparently, AMD is SPECIFYING A NEW BIOS IS REQUIRED for the 380 MHz parts - to "avoid" a recall like the 333 and 350 MHz chips!
