Costa Rica has many issue with environmentalist.
yet they want to develop mining industry if it is possible.
LLL showed in beta vargas that they can build a mine yet be respective of the environment.
As for the price not rising higher the junior market is still in a deep sleep.
And they will need financing in the future.
But it does look like it can be done . where as before they had little chance of survival.

<<About Crucitas, why did Placer Dome got rid of this property,i've heard of environment consequences and possibly a National Park story involved... >>

My understanding is that Placer Dome wants out of Costa Rica...for other reasons. LLL is in excellent terms with the gov there and know how to do business.

As foo LLL moving higher on this 2.2M acquisition....I think the price is right. LLL and Palmer will merge. This will cause newco to have roughly 40M shares outstanding at a price near $0.60 for a market cap of C$24M....which is OK for their assets given current gold prices... I think LLL deserve between $0.30-$0.35...still a lot better than the $0.15 we had recently.
