Tomato Man,
SIEMENS had to approve FNTN for the appointment because clients will hear about Financial Intranet and SIEMENS at the same time. I specifically asked MM about it.

Tomato: Mr. Weller's appointment to FNTN's Board Of Directors is indeed a major event.
Directorships are serious business.
Aside from their valuable business acumen and contacts, The Board of Directors are generally responsible as a group, and individually to guarantee accurate accounting records & financial statements, prevent and detect fraud and in general help safeguard the company and its assets. Generally, it is not a position offered as an honorarium. IMO, Mr. Weller's appointment is the most compelling evidence of real potential that we have seen to date.
I have just increased my bet that something is happening in Ardsley.
Regards,
Wally
