There is some ask there and the 33 bid doesn't mean that much.

If the MM has a bunch of stock on his books, it's to his advantage to
get the bid up. Since some sheeple but in buy orders at market at the
open, the MM can open and sell the stock for whatever he wants. If the
MM didn't have to worry about the SEC, he'd sell the shares on his
books to the open market orders @ 100 this AM.

This isn't an auction market like NYSE so it's not a simple matter
of lining up willing sellers & buyers.
