We all know it's going to disappoint. Nettles himself told Birck of
TLAB that this quarter cien would result in loss. The question is how much.

Buyout? Nettles said that cien wanted to rebuild by itself. Birck said cien wanted $30-$40 a share. So I wonder what's really going on, maybe nothing. Or maybe the merger fallout really confuses the accountants.
