from Briefing.com:

09:27 ET Amazon.com (AMZN) 131 3/4: Needham & Co downgrades issue from "buy" to "hold." Says stock within
3% of $135 price target; although expects company to surprise on the upside when AMZN reports Q4 results, believes
potential now reflected in the price; believe that there is "now more downside risk in the shares than upside potential and
that it is time to take our chips off the table." AMZN shares indicated 2 1/4 pts higher.

With the eBay downgrade, is this the start of a cycle of downgrades based on price?

Alan

any good realtime sites that you do not have to register for?

lp-

I believe that there is some either exchange or SEC rule that says one must register for such a service, free or otherwise. Anybody know if this is correct, or do we have hopes of quote.com giving away realtime quotes [ so they can make a killing on ad revenues :-) ] ?
