Do the oil companies submitting proposals for Saudi development have long-term relationships with drilling companies, like PTEN or PKD? Are the smaller land drillers likely to benefit from the oil giants proposed partnerships with Aramco, or do the giants do all their own drilling?
Sorry if it's an ignorant question, but someone said the drillers mostly work for independents, and not for the giants.
Thanks in advance.
