While you were expressing displeasure this a.m. I did 2 stock trades and 14 option contracts without any problems. Look, I know every online broker has growing pains, I also know that the officers of Ameritrade are more than aware of these problems as are the other online firms. But, the unfair harping of negative incidents is pointless, If I dont get what I am paying for , I will trade with 2 other brokers that I have accounts with, the only problem is they have just as many problems and charge twice as much. What if everyone who is satisfied , about (90%) wrote on this thread , the whole thread would be taken up with endorsements and negative declarations. Regardless of the problems, I play the stock both ways and I would rather exchange money making ideas and strategy than a constant rehash of whats been said a hundred times. For cryin out loud if they cant serve you then move on to someone who can, you are wasting valuable concentration and trading time on something you cant control so do something about it but do it now...gil
